How to request deletion of the personal data processed by DialogOps.

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. Below we explain how to request it, what is deleted, how long it takes, and what may be retained for legal reasons.

How to request

Send your request through our Contact page or, if you already use the platform, from your own account under Settings. Include the WhatsApp number and/or the registered email so we can locate your data.

What is deleted

We delete the data associated with your account that is not subject to mandatory legal retention: contacts, conversation history and media (images, audio, documents) exchanged, notes and service records.

Timeframe

We complete the deletion within 30 calendar days after confirming the request, unless legally prevented.

What may be retained

We retain only the minimum needed to comply with legal obligations (such as the access-log retention required by the Marco Civil da Internet, Brazil) and to allow identification of the parties in the event of an unlawful act (regular exercise of rights and security) — which may include minimal registration data (name, tax ID) and access logs. Such data is kept restricted and only for as long as required.
